Sparo is operated by T G Leathers Private Limited, Kerala, India. We collect only what we need to craft, sell, and deliver leather goods to you — and we treat it the way we treat our leather: with care.
What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address. When you browse, our store keeps minimal technical data — such as cart contents and session cookies — so your bag doesn’t empty itself between pages.
How we use it
Your details are used to process and deliver orders, arrange Cash on Delivery, handle returns and exchanges, respond to your queries, and maintain your account. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t send marketing email unless you’ve asked for it.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to complete your order: courier services that deliver your parcel (they receive your name, address, and phone number), and — for prepaid orders, once available — our payment processor, which handles your payment details directly under its own security standards. We never see or store your card or banking information.
Cookies
We use functional cookies for the essentials — keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and completing checkout. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can view and update your details anytime from My Account. You may also ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it — write to us and we’ll act on it within a reasonable time, keeping only what the law requires us to retain (such as tax records of past orders).
